A mountain stream is buried in the low-lying area in the Nakai Site, and a dump from the Final Jomon period was discovered there. There is a thick layer of shells from Japanese horse chestnuts and walnuts that have accumulated in the dump, and well-preserved tools made of plants have also been unearthed there.
